The rendering is for reference only and shows only the general appearance of the Development or part thereof. The buildings and environment surrounding the Development have been simplified or omitted, and the air-conditioners, pipes, grilles and gondolas etc. on the external walls of the Development have also been omitted. The colours, materials, fittings, finishes, appliances, facilities, decorations, plants, landscaping and other objects are not standard provision upon handover and may not appear in the actual Development. The Vendor reserves right to alter the building plans, which shall be subject to the final approval by the relevant Government authorities. The rendering does not reflect the actual view from or the appearance of the Development or any part thereof, and shall not constitute or be construed as constituting any express or implied offer, representation, undertaking or warranty by the Vendor (whether related to view or not).

The Clubhouse and various residents' and recreational facilities may not be immediately available for use upon delivery of vacant possession of the units in the Development. The opening hours and operation of different facilities shall be subject to the relevant laws, land grant and deed of mutual covenant provisions, actual site condition and the mode of operation by the Manager etc., which may vary from time to time. The use of Clubhouse and various facilities may be subject to charges. The Vendor reserves the right to alter the Clubhouse and the various facilities and their partition, design, layout and use, which shall be subject to the final approval by the relevant Government authorities.
